  • Pay all fees on time in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.

  • Ensure that all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • All fees are specified in individual contracts, proposals, or invoices.

  • Payments are due in full as per agreed billing cycles (e.g., upfront, monthly).

  • Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Infinite Boost makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific marketing outcomes or return on investment (ROI)

  • Website rankings, traffic volume, or sales performance

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Boost shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability in any matter relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due

  • Work completed to date will be delivered

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, labor strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
