Refund Policy – Infinite Boost
At Infinite Boost, client satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Service-Based Refunds
As a digital marketing agency, we offer services that involve time, planning, and resources. Therefore:

Refunds are not issued for services that have been delivered or partially completed. 
- 
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued (excluding administrative and consultation costs). 
2. Monthly Retainers & Subscription Services
- 
Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel services. 
- 
Once a billing cycle begins, no refund is applicable. 
3. Custom Packages
- 
Custom strategy or design work is non-refundable after delivery. 
- 
If a project is terminated early by the client, no refund will be given for the completed work.
